How do I retrieve my ticket?

Sign into your BDPA account here. If you don't already have an account from a previous experience with BDPA, one will be created for you when registering for any program or buying any ticket. If you are not sure if you have an account - Click Here.  If you do a password reset, an email will be sent (CHECK SPAM)

I'm trying to pay for a ticket or registration, but my card won't go through. What do I do?

Payment Declined? Here’s What to Check:
If your payment is declined, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Insufficient Funds: Ensure your account has enough balance for the transaction.
• Daily Spending Limit: Some debit cards have a daily transaction cap. You may need to contact your bank to raise it temporarily.
• Card Restrictions: Your bank may block large or unusual transactions for security reasons. Try calling them to approve the payment.
• Incorrect Information: Double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
• Expired Card: Ensure your card is still valid and hasn’t expired.

Recommended Fixes:

• Contact your bank to check for any restrictions.
• Try a different card or payment method.
• Attempt smaller amounts over a few days.
• Wait a few minutes and try again.

What does it mean if I check out as a Guest?

If you choose to check out as a guest, the only way to retrieve your ticket will be from the email address used to purchase the ticket.

I'm having 2FA issues logging into my BDPA Account. What do I do?

Please message us https://bluedevils.org/about/contact/ select "BDPA Office/General Inquiries" or your program's management email to resolve the problem.  Include your name and your cell phone number.

What is the QR Code for?

The QR code is used to scan you into the event.  It can only be used once and there is one code per ticket.

Do I need a QR code for Auditions?

No, you do not need a QR code for Auditions at this time.

I have a promo code. Where does that go during checkout?

If you have a promo code, it is entered into the promotion code section before the pay information.

I have a promo code that is NOT working?

I'm not getting the 2FA Code?

If the 2FA is not providing a code to your phone or email when you try to log in, please let us know. - Contact Page and select BDPA Office and General inquiries.

I have multiple tickets I need to share with other people - How do I do that?

1) Login to your account = https://bluedevils.org/account/sign-in/

2) Go to the left-hand menu - click "Events & Tickets"

3) Click on the ticket

4) Then use the drop down to share with another person, and follow the prompts after that

Where do I find the terms and conditions?

The link to terms and conditions will be in your cart right before you click the blue pay button.

Do You Offer Refunds?

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. Please review all product details carefully and contact us with any questions before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact our support team — we're here to help.

I have a promo code provided for summer drum corps shows, where can I use it?

The TO BE ANNOUNCED code only applies to certain events that DCI manages.  Tickets for events including DCI West at Stanford,  MidCal Champions Showcase in Oxnard, and Family Day do NOT use this code.

Additionally, this code does NOT provide a discount to the ticket purchaser. Instead, it helps BD Performing Arts by generating a small commission from eligible ticket sales.
