Will there be auditions?

Yes, a video audition may be required to assess your skills. More information will be shared after registration.

When and where is the pre-tour training?

Pre-tour training will be held at the University of Wyoming in Laramie from June 25–29, 2026 (subject to change). Housing and meals are provided.

Do I need to arrange my own travel?

You are responsible for getting to Denver or Laramie at the start of the tour. We’ll provide airport pickup and transport to the University of Wyoming.

All travel after that (including flights to/from Europe) is covered.

What’s not included in the fee?

You will be responsible for hotel and food during personal free time:

Amsterdam (July 1–4)
Zurich (July 26–28)
July 7 day trip destination (no hotel needed)

We’ll arrange discounted hotel accommodations for these days.

What cities will we visit?

Laramie, WY (pre-tour training)
Amsterdam, Netherlands (free time)
Kerkrade, Netherlands – World Music Contest
Basel, Switzerland – Basel Tattoo
Zurich, Switzerland (free time)

What ages will be able to apply?

Only 18+ will be able to apply. 

Will there be Mallets?

No, we are doing only a rhythm section.

What is the deadline to apply?

August 15th 2025!

How many Drum Majors are going to be accepted?

Only one drum major.

How will the auditions be held?

ALL auditions will be over video.  Please upload a video as well as add your experience to your profile after registration. 

Will there be transportation TO and FROM Denver?

NO, you will need to be able to supply your own transportation to and from Denver. 

Do I need to arrange my own travel?

You are responsible for getting to Denver or Laramie at the start of the tour and upon return to USA from Denver to your final destination. We’ll provide airport pickup and transport to the University of Wyoming.

How much does the program cost?

The total cost is approximately $2,950, which covers:
Round-trip airfare to/from Europe
All housing and meals during rehearsals and performances in Laramie, Kerkrade, and Basel
All group transportation within Europe

Is there a fee to register?

No — registration is free. However, if selected, a deposit will be required to confirm your spot.

When will I find out if I’m selected?

We plan to review applications and notify selected participants in the coming weeks. Our goal is to finalize the cast by September 1st, 2025.
