May 5, 1938 - Sept. 13, 2006

Resident of Rio Vista Shirley Marie Caldera, 68, of Rio Vista died Sept. 13, 2006 in Walnut Creek. Shirley was a longtime volunteer  and supporter of The Blue Devils. Shirley, a 6-year resident of Rio Vista, was a prior 32-year resident of Concord. She was an Eligibility III worker with Contra Costa County for 17 years. Shirley is survived by her husband, James (Jim) Caldera; children, Steven & his wife, Tamara Caldera, Kelly & her husband, Lyle Larimer, Jaymie Caldera, Cathy Caldera & her partner, Ana Sousa, & Robert & his wife, Dawn Caldera; 13 grandchildren; as well as her sister & brother-in-law, JoAnne & Don Schooley.

 

 

Funeral Liturgy will be

Saturday, Sept. 23, 2006 at 1 p.m.
St. Joseph's Church
130 S. Fourth St.
Rio Vista.
