Bill Cecil long time booster member, parent and supporter of The Blue Devils passed away on November 17th, 2005. The Blue Devils heartfelt condolences, prayers and thoughts go out to Kaffy, Sharon, Kayleen, Bill and the entire Cecil family.

In Loving Memory of Bill Cecil

Bill passed away on a cruise in Chile. Bill graduated from Virginia Tech (52) then served in the Army Chemical Corp. He worked 30 yrs at DuPont as a chemical engineer, retiring 1984. He loved traveling the world and being a devoted husband, father and adoring grandfather. He is survived by his wife Kaffy (57 yrs), his children Sharon Cardoza (Dennis) of Brentwood, Bill Cecil (Lonnie) of Antioch and Kayleen Clemens (Denny) of Martinez, eight grandgirls Jennifer, Caitlin and Lindsay Cardoza, Megan, Hannah and Emily Cecil, Riana and Delaney Clemens, Brother Curtis plus extended family. He had a passion for Concord Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps, Virginia Tech football and trains.
