Gail Schultz International Fellowship Opportunity 

Eligibility
This opportunity drawing is open to individuals who:
Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry
Are legal residents of the United States

Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning February 6, 2026 and ending April 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form during the Entry Period.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. A donation will not increase the chances of winning. Donations support the mission of the Gail Schultz International Fellowship and BD Performing Arts.

Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive a BD International VIP Experience – Basel Tattoo, valued at an amount determined by Sponsor. Learn more about Basel Tattoo
The prize will be awarded in the form of monetary vouchers or cash equivalents, intended to offset the following:
Round-trip airfare between the United States and Europe
Hotel accommodations
Ground and rail transportation within Europe
Event tickets related to the Basel Tattoo experience

Prize Conditions and Limitations
The winner is solely responsible for booking all travel, lodging, and transportation.
Sponsor will not book or coordinate airfare, hotels, or transportation on behalf of the winner.
Actual travel arrangements, availability, upgrades, changes, insurance, passports, visas, and any additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash beyond the value provided.
Travel must occur within dates communicated by Sponsor and may be subject to blackout dates or scheduling limitations.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about April 16, 2026.
The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe determined by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue a tax form as required by law.

Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless BD Performing Arts and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the drawing. All decisions by Sponsor are final.

Governing Law
This opportunity drawing is governed by the laws of the State of California.
