Take it easy, and have fun while marching. Don't sacrifice your fun and your personality just to be the best, like I did. Make real friendships, and don't take BS from anyone. If you see/hear someone being shitty, no matter how "important" they are, don't hesitate to call them out. Be you, and lead the Blue Devils to a better place than where you found it- even if you know you'll never get recognition.
